Alpine Cases and Protection Systems Alpine have been supplying the local and international markets with the highest quality protective cases for many applications since 1989. We have built up an enviable reputation for good design, high manufacturing standards and great customer service. We design and build cases for both one off and multi unit production runs. Alpine specialize in making the best use of technology and design for the client’s specific application. Alpine cases have been particularly well received in Germany, France and the USA, despite the high air freight costs entailed in shipping our products to these markets. Our flight cases are in use in many countries around the world. The Alpine Rigidized Aluminium protection system is technologically far superior to ABS resin, moulded plastic or aluminium clad cases a nd, unlike other lower quality alternatives, will not flex, crack, peel, chip or fade. Alpine design special cases to suit the client’s many unique applications. Alpine’s tongue-in-groove extrusion is welded into all cases, which provides further strength and reinforcement for maximum protection at the lightest weight. This gives the benefits of Aluminium’s light weight, but with enormous extra rigidity for maximum protection, yet with an attractive and professional designer look. Alpine cases stand up to the most severe rigors and demands of travel and have been field proven in many military applications, by private hunters and a wide range of industrial end users. Alpine flight cases have been used in the South African film & TV industries for nearly 20 years. Special designs can include 19” rack, rubber shock mounting where required for particularly delicate equipment, drawers, shelves, removable front & rear lids and storage in the lids. Shoulder carry straps and special, high quality locks and latches are also available. All cases are fully lined with highly protective Plastazote, a closed cell polyethylene foam which rejects liquids and provides the highest levels of extra shock absorption properties. This foam, from Zotefoams, is also very hard wearing, yet it can be specially cut out for inserts that exactly fit your specific contents. |
